She brings together litigants, outside counsel, and technologists to implement defensible protocols for TAR and other analytics tools. And she analyzes the risks posed by personal, private, and other sensitive information in legal matters, and crafts strategies to mitigate those risks.

For over 12 years, James has provided eDiscovery project management and comprehensive document review solutions to clients across a wide variety of industries including the financial services, energy and risk management sectors. James assists corporate and law firm clients with strategic process development and technology implementation to meet eDiscovery needs, minimize risk and achieve maximum quality and cost efficiencies. Additionally, James spearheads Consilio’s Data Incident Response Review offering to clients impacted by cyber incidents. James also provides regional leadership and operational management to multiple discovery centers across the U.S.
James frequently leads CLEs and participates on panels covering various eDiscovery topics. James is also an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law where he teaches a course on eDiscovery to prepare law students for the evolving expectations and challenges facing new attorneys.
